Deuce Rachal

Deuce brings a lifetime of martial arts competition experience to Lakeside Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.  He holds a black belt under Carlson Gracie Jr, and competed at heavyweight for 4 years as a member of the University of Illinois wrestling team.  Deuce currently teaches the no gi offerings at Lakeside, and aids in coaching Lakeside competitors in both gi and no gi as well.
